Social activities

Several social activities (some subjected to a quota) are offered on Wednesday 22 March after the conference day:

Visits of the neighbourhood: visits organised by the associations Promenades urbaines (with the architect, landscape designer and historian Elisabetta Cereghini) and Mémoire Vivante de la Plaine

Visit of the Humathèque (ex-Grand Equipement Documentaire): the campus library, the Humathèque, designed by Elizabeth de Portzamparc, has been welcoming researchers in the fields of humanities and social sciences since November 2021.

Tawashi workshop: a Tawashi is a zero waste sponge made from recycled fabric. It is used to wash dishes, the table... Come and discover how to make one!

[FULLY BOOKED] Visit of the Saint-Denis Basilica: The Basilica of Saint-Denis is located near the conference venue. It is the necropolis of the kings of France and is classified as a historical monument.

 

Gala dinner

A gala dinner will be organised on the evening of Thursday 23 March. The cost is included in the registration fee, but registration is required.

 It will take place from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm at the restaurant Le Bouillon Racine, located 3 rue Racine, 75006 Paris.
