Registration to the conference and/or workshops

You can register online for the conference and/or the workshops, before January 30, 2023, to benefit from early-bird rates (see below), according to the following procedure :

1. create a Sciencesconf.org account using the button at the top right of this page OR login if you already have an account;
2. once logged in, click on the link below or on "My registration" in the "Login" section of the left sidebar and follow the instruction

N.B.: Only the members of the scientific committee, the workshop trainers, the invited speakers, the moderators and the invited persons (speakers) at the round tables are exempt from the registration fees. These persons must nevertheless register.

Fees and payment methods

The fees for the conference are as follows:

The workshops proposed on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 are not included: the registration fee is 60€ for the workshop.

Lunches will be offered at the CROUS university restaurant on the Condorcet Campus. The fee is 10€ / lunch (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday); a specific coupon for each lunch will be given to you upon your arrival.

You will also be asked to specify whether or not you will be attending the Gala Dinner on the evening of Thursday, March 23 (at no additional cost), as well as to specify your preferences among the proposed social activities (activities will be organized according to these requests depending on the number of places available).

Payment can be made by one of the following means

• online by credit card: when you choose online payment, you are redirected to the SFdS payment gateway. Click on the type of card you wish to use, then fill in the requested information. Don't forget to click on the red 'CONTINUE' button. Your payment will be completed once you see the message indicating that the payment has been processed and you are back on the conference website. Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a payment confirmation email. If you encounter any difficulty, please contact the organizers at sondages2023[at]ined.fr.
• by order form: the order form should be sent to the event secretariat. The order form must be made out to the Société Française de Statistique, indicate as reference the name of one of the participants, be sent preferably by e-mail to sondages2023[at]ined.fr with the subject line [Sondages 2023 order form] or be sent by mail to the address

You will receive an email confirming your payment once the payment has been validated by the event's treasurer.

• by bank transfer: when you register, the bank details of the conference will be given to you. If you have not noted them, contact the organizers at sondages2023[at]ined.fr. You will receive an email confirming your payment once the payment has been validated by the event's treasurer.

Regarding the last two means of payment mentioned above, please take into account the bank details of this account which is dedicated to the conference (and therefore different from the one used for the memberships to the association).
